B. CONSIDERATION OF DESIGN ALTERNATIVES FOR BICYCLE IMPROVEMENTS ON AVENIDA PICO BETWEEN THE I-5 FREEWAY AND THE CALLE FRONTERA/AVENIDA PRESIDIO INTERSECTION Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-61, which will: 1. Authorize staff to proceed with design Alternative 1 with Class 1 Deviation as outlined in Attachment 2 of the Administrative Report dated May 20, 2025, and on file with the City Clerk. 2. Authorize staff to initiate negotiations with impacted property owners for potential acquisitions of an easement or land dedication for widening of Avenida Pico. 3. Authorize staff to submit applications for grant opportunities for design and/or construction funding.
