20. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-37 GRANTING AN EASEMENT ON CITY-OWNED LAND, 1600 W. BEVERLY BOULEVARD, TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE) COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL UTILITY PURPOSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF CHARGING STATIONS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-37 (Attachment A) granting an easement on City-owned land, 1600 W. Beverly Boulevard, to Southern California Edison (SCE) Company for electrical utility purposes associated with the installation of charging stations; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Grant of the easement to Southern California Edison Company on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
