CONTRACT WITH MARBO PRODUCTIONS FOR DOHENY VILLAGE RAMPS AND AMPS EVENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to contract with Marbo Productions to install and manage a temporary skate course in Doheny Village for the Ramps and Amps event on August 16, 2025.
