9. GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) CONTRACT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council ratify the City Manager’s approval of an agreement with Jose Ruel Dira for contract Geographic Information System (GIS) services, approve an increase to the not-to-exceed amount for Fiscal Year 2024-25 (FY25), and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year terms.
