18. 25-411 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize execution of a construction contract with All American Asphalt in the AGENDA June 3, 2025 amount of $1,684,111.00 for the FY 24/25 Arterial Rehabilitation Project, CC-1771 Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by All American Asphalt in the amount of $1,684,111.00 (Base Bid); and, B) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.
