10. Approval of Employment Agreement with Okina Dor for the position of Director of Community Development It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Employment Agreement with Okina Dor for the position of Director of Community Development, subject to any non-substantive changes made by Chief Executive Officer and the City Attorney, and subject to conditions precedent reflected in the agreement; and 2.
