City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-809 Purchase Order to DiscoverIT, in the amount of $184,917, to replace six network video recorders (NVRs; approve the purchase as a sole source procurement; and authorize the Finance Director or their designee to execute the purchase order.
