3.3 Approve the Agreement with Transportation Billing Services. Wittman Enterprises, LLC for Ambulance RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve an agreement with Wittman Enterprises, LLC. for ambulance transportation billing services for Fiscal Year 2025-2032, for a seven-year term, at a rate of 3.75% of net collections; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
