5.5 Award of Contract for Animal Shelter Services. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve a contract with Westminster Adoption Group and Services (WAGS) for Animal Shelter Services for Fiscal Years 2025-2030, a five-year term, in the amount of $4,757,485 over five years; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
