5.2 Award of Maintenance/Service Agreement for Well Pump Maintenance and Repair at Various Locations for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of an annual renewable unit-priced maintenance service agreement to General Pump Company, Inc. in the yearly amount of $250,000, for a one-year term with four one-year renewal options; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future renewals on behalf of the City.
