3.5 Award of Contract for Citation Processing and Collections. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve a contract with Turbo Data Systems, Inc (TDA) for citation processing and collection services for Fiscal Years 2025-2028, for a three-year term in the total amount of $300,000 over three years, with two optional one-year renewals at $100,000 each; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and C. Grant the City Manager the authority to, in the future, exercise the contract renewal option(s) for Fiscal Year 2028-2029 and for Fiscal Year 2029-2030. Page 9 MEETING AGENDA JUNE 11, 2025
