5.3 Award of Contract for Ambulance Transport Services. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve a contract with Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS) for Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance Transportation Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2030, for a five-year term in the amount of $8,311,461.91 over five years, and with two optional one-year renewals; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and C. Grant the City Manager the authority to, in the future, exercise the contract renewal option(s) for Fiscal Year 2030-2031 and for Fiscal Year 2031-2032. Page 14 MEETING AGENDA JUNE 11, 2025
