6. Approval of Three-Year Contract Extension with West Coast Arborists for Tree Trimming and Tree Maintenance Services Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve a three-year contract extension with West Coast Arborist (WCA) for tree trimming and tree maintenance services through June 30, 2028; 2. Approve the rate increases outlined in Attachment B for FY 2025-26, FY 2026-27, and FY 2027-28; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Maintenance Services in substantially the form attached in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
