4.8 AGREEMENTS WITH RK ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. AND ADVANTEC CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve an agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. to perform on-call traffic engineering services; 2. Approve an agreement with Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. to perform oncall traffic engineering services; 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $225,000; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $50,000.
