11N. CONTRACT AWARD - PURCHASE OF ARCTICWOLF SECURITY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-97, which will: 1. Award Bid IT-25-01 to Savant Solutions, Inc. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25- 38, by and between the City of San Clemente and Savant Solutions, Inc., for the purchase of the ArcticWolf Security Solution under substantially the same terms and conditions of State of California Contract SLP-23-70- 0276O, in an amount not to exceed $65,641, which includes all services, equipment and software, training, maintenance, and support. 3. Authorize City staff to accept the ArcticWolf Master Services Agreement and other related service agreements with ArcticWolf.
