12. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-855 Amendment 3 to the Public Works Agreement with Rancho Del Oro Landscape & Maintenance Inc. for landscape maintenance services at El Corazon, for a two-year compensation of $348,160 for a total not to exceed amount of $970,882; approve a Public Works Agreement and purchase order with Rancho Del Oro Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. for landscape maintenance services for El Corazon medians, the Senior Center & Aquatic Center, and the Oceanside Navigation Center Property located at 3127-3135 Oceanside Boulevard, for a one-year term in the amount of $65,176; authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the purchase order.
