24. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council accept $86,575 in 25-862 grant funds from the FY2024 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) awarded to the City for UASI-sponsored training; appropriate these funds to the Fire and Police Departments; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related grant documents.
