11L. CONTRACT AWARD - WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS LABORATORY SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-95, which will: 1. Award a three-year Professional Services Agreement to Sierra Analytical Labs, Inc. for Water Quality Analysis Laboratory Services for a total amount not to exceed $418,923 during the first three years, plus two additional one-year options. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25- 36, by and between the City of San Clemente and Sierra Analytical Labs, Inc., providing for Water Quality Analysis Laboratory Services - Routine and On-Call, in an amount not to exceed $ 418,923 (Attachment 3). 3. Authorize the City Manager to administratively approve up to two, one-year extensions to the Agreement that do not exceed the City Council approved budgeted amounts for each fiscal year.
