27. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-47 AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO APPLY TO THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (FTA) AND OBLIGATE FUNDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE HYDROGEN FUEL CELL ELECTRIC BUSES AND NINE COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS BUSES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-47 authorizing the City to apply to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and obligate funding for the purchase of three (3) hydrogen fuel cell electric buses (FCEBs) and nine (9) compressed natural gas (CNG) buses; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
