29. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-32 APPROVING MONTEBELLO BUS LINES’ 2025 TITLE VI PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-32 approving Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) 2025 Title VI Program; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
