11. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-50 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SHEET METAL, AIR, RAIL, AND TRANSPORTATION WORKERS (SMART-TD) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-50 approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Montebello and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers – Transportation Division (SMART-TD); and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
