14. CONSIDER AWARD AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO ADMINSURE, INC. FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM FROM AUGUST 15, 2025 TO AUGUST 15, 2030 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Adminsure, Inc. to provide Workers Compensation Third Party Claims administration (TPA) services to the City for a total contract sum of $598,871 over a five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement"); and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement after approval as to form by City Attorney.
