17. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4332 WITH JACOB GREEN & ASSOCIATES FOR COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIC PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES IN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 25-09 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4332 with Jacob Green & Associates in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000 for the development of the Montebello Fire Department’s Strategic Plan; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $75,000 in Account No. 100-85850-6040.95 (General Fund, Fire, Administration, Other Professional Services); and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
