34. APPROVE SOFTWARE SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4212 WITH PLACER LABS, INC. TO PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, CONSUMER VISITATION REPORTS, AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Software Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc. to provide economic development analysis, consumer visitation reports, and project implementation strategies for a total, two-year not-toexceed amount of $62,000 and a one-year extension option; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Software Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc, on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
