11. Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Telecom Law Firm, P.C. (PermiTech Solutions Corporation) for Provision of Wireless Communications Professional Consulting Services Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Telecom Law Firm, P.C. for provision of wireless communications professional consulting services. Approval of Amendment No. 1 would assign the Agreement to PermiTech Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of Telecom Law Firm, P.C, with no change of the current contract amount.
