6. Consider Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA) With West Coast Arborists (WCA), Inc. for the Citywide Tree Maintenance Services Agreement It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Maintenance Services Contract with West Coast Arborists (WCA), Inc. for Citywide Tree Maintenance Services, extending the term contract for an additional one (1) year and adjusting rates by 3.0% for FY25-26 due to CPI increase; and, 2. Approve an increase to the annual not-to-exceed contract amount from $171,000 to $225,000 in FY25-26 to reflect the CPI increase and to perform additional grid trims; and 3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 2; and, 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary appropriation and budget adjustments for the increase in rates to allow payments approved for FY 2025-26. PUBLIC HEARING
