11. Funding Agreement between the City of Baldwin Park and the County of Los Angeles for Local Solutions Fund Contract Number: HI-25-012 It is recommended that the City Council 1. Approve the funding agreement between the County of Los Angeles and the Baldwin Park for Local Solutions Fund – Measure A Local Solution Fund amount $429,718; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement; and 3. Authorize the Acting Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute the Agreement and necessary documents associated with the Measure A Local Solution Fund; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and necessary budget adjustments.
