11. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-75 APPROVING THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 2025-2030 FINAL REPORT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-75 approving the Pavement Management System 2025-2030 Final Report; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
