13. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-58 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE MONTEBELLO FIRE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (MFMA) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-58 approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Montebello and Montebello Fire Management Association (MFMA); and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
