CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AWARDING AND APPROVING A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS IN ORDER TO RESTORE AND UPGRADE FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE MARBLEHEAD COASTAL URBAN RUNOFF AND STORMWATER SYSTEMS FROM ONESOURCE DISTRIBUTORS CIP PROJECT NO. 14080, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-134 which will: 1. Approve the expenditure for Allen Bradley electronic components for Fiscal Year 2025-26 in an amount not to exceed $289,174. 2. Approve the sole source purchase of the Allen Bradley electronic components and installation materials from OneSource Distributors based on the fixed price quote, which is provided as attachment 2 of the Administrative Report, dated September 2, 2025. 3. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 2 (Replacement or Reconstruction, 14 CCR Section 15302) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
