CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION DECLARING AN EXEMPTION TO THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS, APPROVING THE AGREEMENT FOR SHARING CONSULTANT COSTS FOR THE 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN (“AGREEMENT”) WITH THE MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY (MWDOC), AND FINDING THE PROJECT STATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-130, which will: 1. Find the project statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under Water Code Section 10652. 2. Approve the Agreement for Sharing Consultant Costs for the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan with the Municipal Water District of Orange County. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2544, by and between the City of San Clemente and the Municipal Water District of Orange County, for sharing consultant costs for the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan, in the amount of $71,030.
