CONTRACT AWARD - DEFINED BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-142, which will: Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-48, by and between the City of San Clemente and Milliman, Inc., providing for Defined Benefit Administration Services, in an amount not to exceed $45,000 annually, and authorize the City Manager at his discretion to exercise two (2) one-year extension options.
