14. CONTRACT WITH 4LEAF CONTRACTOR SERVICES RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Ratify the City Manager’s approval of an agreement with 4 LEAF, Inc. for contract planning services; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a First Amendment to the contract with 4LEAF, Inc.
