F. Consider Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement with Abalone Cove Landslide Abatement District (ACLAD). (Ramos) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement with ACLAD to update the eligible expenditures to include winterization or culvert repairs including, but not limited to, the winterization of Altamira Canyon and repair for the culvert under Palos Verdes Drive South (PVDS); and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
