11. Introduction of Ordinance No. 2025-418 Amending Chapters 3.40 and Ordinance No. 2025-419 Amending Chapters 3.42 of the Calabasas Municipal Code Relating to the City’s Purchasing System Recommendation: Introduce the following Ordinance amendments to update the City’s purchasing requirements, thresholds, and procedures: 1. Conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text, and introduce Ordinance No. 2025-418 amending Chapters 3.40 of the Calabasas Municipal Code revising the regulations for purchasing systems; and 2. Conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text, and introduce Ordinance No. 2025-419 amending Chapter 3.42 of the Calabasas Municipal Code revising the regulations for awarding public projects.
