9.C. Purchase of Laptops and Desktop Computers for the Police Department It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Waiving bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code §§ 3.20.050(2)(4) and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to enter into an agreement with Dell Marking LP and Panasonic Connect North America Professional Services, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for desktop and laptop computers; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
