3. Purchase of FileonQ with Federal Asset Forfeiture Funds. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the use of federal asset forfeiture funds for this purchase; and 2. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute an agreement with FileOnQ; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $15,346 from the Federal Asset Forfeiture Funds and make necessary budget adjustment.
