11H. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE DIJE COURT AND EL PORTAL BEACH WOOD STAIRS REPLACEMENT, CIP PROJECT NO. 22801 Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-187, which will: 1. Reject all bids received on April 24, 2025, for the Dije Court and El Portal Beach Wood Stairs Replacement, CIP Project No. 22801, pursuant to Section 20166 of the Public Contract Code. 2. Authorize staff to re-scope the bid package and re-bid the Dije Court and El Portal Beach Wood Stairs Replacement based on a revised scope of work that includes replacement of the landings.
