6. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments. 6. Purchase and Approval for Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Hardware with Police Grants Fund under the PD Traffic Safety account. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the purchase of Bosch CDR hardware and cables from Crash Data Group, Inc. in the amount of $50,896.57; and 2. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the purchase agreement with Crash Data Group, Inc.; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $50,896.57 from the Police Grants Fund (Fund #271), PD Traffic Safety account for this purchase and make the necessary budget adjustment.
