22. CONSIDER ACCEPTANCE OF THE EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 AND 2023 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. ACCEPT the Fiscal Year 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funding in the amount of $32,488.00. — 2. ACCEPT the Fiscal Year 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funding in the amount of $34,992.00. — 3. ACCEPT the Award Conditions and AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the award conditions and any related grant documents subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 23) Public testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants who are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless extended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
