CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding the denial, by the California Supreme Court, of the City's amicus curia petition to the California Supreme Court, Case No. S294028, seeking review of the decision of the Second Appellate District in that certain case styled New Commune DTLA LLC v. City of Redondo Beach, Second Appellate District Appeal No. B336042.
