(34) 19-0290-S5 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - LEE) relative to coordinating a street banner campaign to promote the Tarzana Neighborhood Council and encourage participation. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 62.132, the Street Banner program promoting the Tarzana Neighborhood Council and encouraging participation, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of April 3, 2026 - April 3, 2027. 2. APPROVE the content of the street banner design attached to the Motion.
