PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION REGARDING THE FLOCK SAFETY AUTOMATIC LICENSE PLATE READER (ALPR) SYSTEM PROGRAM; UPDATE REGARDING THE CITY’S CONTRACT WITH FLOCK; AND DIRECTION REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF THE ALPR PROGRAM Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council review and discuss this informational report and presentation regarding the Flock Safety ALPR system and the proposed revised contract with Flock Safety (“Flock”) and provide direction regarding next steps in relation to the ALPR program in South Pasadena.
