CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENTS FOR THREE BALLOT DROP BOXES IN THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO SIMILAR AGREEMENTS Recommended Action Adopt Resolution No. 26-45, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-90, by and between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange, providing for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the Municipal Golf Course parking lot, for a five-year period. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-91, by and between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange, providing for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the Jim Johnson Memorial Sports Park, for a five-year period. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-92, by and between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange, providing for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the City Hall, for a five-year period. 4. Authorize the City Manager, in his discretion, to enter into similar license agreements for ballot drop boxes with the County of Orange in the future.
