22. APPROVE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE LOWE'S COMMUNITY IMPACT GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the submission of an application to the Lowe's Community Impact Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
