14. APPROVE EXEUCTION OF UNITED STATES REAL ESTATE AGREEMENT NO. 4476 (DACW09-9-25-9164) WITH THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute United States Real Estate Agreement No. 4476 (DACW09-9-25- 9164) with the US Army Corps of Engineers and all applicable exhibits and forms that accompany the agreement in good faith; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
