16. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3997 AND ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT WITH CONCENTRA RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3997 with Concentra ; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2027. 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $23,000 in Account No. 100-25- 250-6040.10 (General, Human Resources, HR Administration, Contract Services - Outside Contracts); and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
