73. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Jodi Michelle Link v. County of Los Angeles Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Jodi Michelle Link v. County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV12873, in the amount of $850,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Office of the District Attorney's budget. This lawsuit concerns allegations that an employee of the District Attorney's Office was subjected to retaliation. (26-1483)
