15. CONSIDERATION TO RECEIVE AND FILE THE MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026, ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS; AND REVIEW THE DECEMBER MONTHLY BUDGET REPORT, GENERAL FUND 5-YEAR FORECAST AND FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET CALENDAR Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive a presentation of the Mid-Year Budget Review for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (Attachment 1); 2. Adopt a Resolution approving the proposed mid-year adjustments (Attachment 2); 3. Review the monthly budget report through December 31, 2025 (Attachment 4); 4. Review the initial 5-year General Fund Forecast (Attachment 5); 5. Receive and file the tentative Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget Calendar (Attachment 6); and 6. Provide direction, as appropriate.
