10.A. J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Banking and Procurement Card Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with J.P. Morgan Chase for the City’s Commercial Banking and Procurement Card services. It is the City’s intent to establish an initial five (5) year contract with J.P. Morgan Chase with an option to renew every (5) years thereafter; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
